In our baking mixes you’ll find nothing, but the essentials required for delicious baked goods. What you won’t find here are bleached flours, artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, or hydrogenated fats and oils.Our products are simple and natural– exactly what good flour and baking should be.

We at the Natural Baking Co. are immensely proud of the quality of our flour and its local origins. We gather wheat of exceptional quality from Australian farmers and expertly mill the locally sourced grain into flour. The flour is triple sifted and then that’s about it! There’s no bleaching, no preservatives, so all you get is good old-fashioned flour.
