Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 Egg (50g)

50g Softened Butter

Preheat:

Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced or 180°C conventional. Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.  

 

Mix:

Place contents of the chocolate chip cookie mix sachet, the softened butter and the egg into a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until combined and the mixture forms into a soft dough ball.

 

Bake:

Roll the mixture into 12 even balls of cookie dough and place them onto the lined baking tray, leaving about 5cm between each cookie dough ball. Using the palm of your hand, flatten each dough ball slightly. Bake for 18 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown. Leave the cookies to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
